Can i start a cookie delivery business from my home or do i need a commercial kitchen? Can i cook the cookies at home and then delivery them, or will i run into problems if i do this form my home kitchen?
Starting a bakery/cake business from home?
I am 13 and I'm starting a bakery from my home with 2 of my friends. What licenses besides business license do I need? Health permits for serving food? We aren't serving food at my house, we are having people order cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.

I've been trying to think of ways to earn a bit of extra money from home around my degree. Today I realised that I spend a lot of my free time baking and I've been told I have a flair for it, and it occured to me that I could make some money out of it. Would it be possible to set up my own little bakery from home? I thought of specialising in sweet products since they are my strong point, and making products on request when people order them. My reasoning is that when people are buying cakes biscuits etc for special occasions they often end up spending way too much because they went to a large company which charges too much. With my business people could come to me with their ideas for a special occasion cake, for example, and I could work on something totally original for them that wouldn't cost them hundreds of pounds. What I'd like to know is, would I need any sort of special qualifications to do this sort of work? I don't know if I need to be registered or anything like that. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

When running a business from home with kids, how would you take calls from clients?
If you had a company providing financial services and consulting and you had to work full day from home, what details of contact would you give on your company's website, that wouldn't hurt its image? Like " oh, they don't even have a phone number on their website " .Especially, if you had a 2 years old kid, who needs to sleep during the day and you sometimes couldn't be able to take a call, because you had to spend some time with the kid?One idea I have right now is to provide a " call me back" form and not give a phone number. If you have any other ideas, please share.
