Is there a way to legally run a business from home?
I'm interested in Quantic Medicine and hear great things about it. Point being that I would like to do appointments for this without having an office or business space. Is there any sort of license or legal papers needed to have patients come into your home for appointments legally?I know that for example massage specialists offer to host for a certain charge or to come to you for a higher cost. Is that legal too? Or is there something I can do so that I could tun my business like that?I am located in south florida
Starting a bakery/cake business from home?
I am 13 and I'm starting a bakery from my home with 2 of my friends. What licenses besides business license do I need? Health permits for serving food? We aren't serving food at my house, we are having people order cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.
I'd like to open my cake making business from home. Will I need a Licence of some sort?
I've been baking cakes for sometime now for friends and family and have received positive feedbacks with my cake and decorations, so I'd like to try selling to the public. I can't afford a shop just yet but if I were to sell from home, will I require a Licence?

What would I need to do to start up a small baking business from home? (UK)?
I've been trying to think of ways to earn a bit of extra money from home around my degree. Today I realised that I spend a lot of my free time baking and I've been told I have a flair for it, and it occured to me that I could make some money out of it. Would it be possible to set up my own little bakery from home? I thought of specialising in sweet products since they are my strong point, and making products on request when people order them. My reasoning is that when people are buying cakes biscuits etc for special occasions they often end up spending way too much because they went to a large company which charges too much. With my business people could come to me with their ideas for a special occasion cake, for example, and I could work on something totally original for them that wouldn't cost them hundreds of pounds. What I'd like to know is, would I need any sort of special qualifications to do this sort of work? I don't know if I need to be registered or anything like that. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Setting up a small cake business from home? Advice please!?
Hi I am considering setting up a small cake business eg. making the cakes at home and then selling them at markets and in local shops. What kind of licenses would I need for my kitchen if any . I do not intend it to be an occupation, more of a hobby, so would I still have to register as self employed?Any other advice would be appreciated. Many thanks, jbm x
