I have heard of similar home businesses and am a little confused on info I get. Some info is as simple as just register and others are more in depth. Of course I would like the simple route.

Mary. I would not worry about that small stuff. work on selling your idea and product. you can be a sole proprietor until you get big enough. first step is to go get some customers. you need sandwhiches that are different than others. Why will we want to buy your sandwhiches vs the thousand already out there?
