Question: Cookie delivery business from home?

Can i start a cookie delivery business from my home or do i need a commercial kitchen? Can i cook the cookies at home and then delivery them, or will i run into problems if i do this form my home kitchen?

You will need to check with your local health department. They'll want to come and inspect your kitchen before you can get a sales license. I once came up with a business plan for the same sort of business, but my thought was to team up with a local pizza delivery shop for use of their kitchen and maybe even delivery drivers. It could be where you send free samples with each pizza, then offer the shop a % of sales for use of their equipment.
