Search the web for affiliate marketing, freelance professional, blogging income. Spend some time on the forums discussing these activities to learn what it's about. Those with tech skills can work as freelance contractors doing short term work through one of the hiring sites like: elance.com, odesk.com, allfreelance.com, getafreelancer.com and project4hire.com . There's no charge to the contractors, they usually charge the hiring party about 10% on top of the agree upon contract price. I always suggest that those with no special skills look into writing articles for web sites as an honest way to make money online.

I made notes about it because I thought it was a great idea for a disabled person. You can get into affilites and sell other peoples stuff or start making blogs and add the script for ads to show up and you earn per clcik on each ad

You could consider a work from home jobs. With this, all you need is your computer. No resume, No experience, No permit. They are free to join. Here is a great idea: Make a free blog at blogger about something you are good at or truly interested in, and than put adsense on it, bring people to your blog, each time your ads get clicked you'll earn money.
