Depends on what you gave them. If you just gave them your address and cellphone, you may get a lot of spam as they may sell your info. You may also risk someone trying to steal your identity. If you gave them your social, you probably have your identity stolen. Any credit cards will probably be stolen or traded so I'd cancel them right away or report them as stolen.' You also will waste time and effort filling out the surveys or doing the work.

The most common losses are these: **Initial payment by you to 'invest' in the opportunity could be lost with no return for you. **Your identity could be stolen and you held responsible for purchases made in your name if caught. **You could perform the work and not get paid regularly in the mail. **The work-at-home could really be a front for organized crime, e.g. they ship stolen goods to you, and you box and ship from your home, which leads police to you not them. Or, they teach you how to illegally process papers and take a cut for that service, which is really a kind of fraud against unsuspecting customers which leads back to you, not them. Before you sign up with any of them, visit IRS.gov and FBI.gov for tips on how to spot work at home scams. If you were victimized, report them immediately and keep the papers as evidence you tried to do the right thing. Keep all the company's papers with it, too, including advertising, brochures and anything you signed. It will help if years later, the police come to you and need details on the crooks.

I remember those days when i almost get mad to find one free survey site that really pay us without charging a fee. The fact is that there are so many survey sites in internet who actually charges a registration fee. I tell you what, run as far as you can, if they ask you money to join their survey site. Any legimate survey site, will not ask you money to join them They actually have to pay us if we join them some people do not understand this, and they pay and later they suffer and get frustrated. So is there really any Survey site that pays us? The Answer is, Yes. I am personally getting paid by a Survey site and please find the below website and register yourself for free, surveyadventure.freehostia.com/ easywaymoney.freehostia.com/ The best part is that, after you register and confirm the email sent, you will have a chance to win a car. The fun part is that they pay you money for playing games. And you get sometimes $50 for completing offers. Check out the offers area when you log in, you earn more. I personally get paid and you could trust them since they dont ask you any money, you could give a try, there is nothing to lose. I am sure you will be happy at the end of the week seeing money in your account. Have a great day ahead...!

Tens of thousands of dollars, and a head ache that will last years if not decades. If you do not tend to your SSN regularly- which you will have to give because legit companies need to file income tax with the IRS. Illegitimate companies know this and so they use this to their advantage. If you give them your SSN but have already tending to the necessary security they do not just say- "darn, " and toss your SSN- they check it in 6 months then again a year later, etc until they gain access. Once they have your SSN they set up their own security on it as though its their's and use it like it is their SSN. That is why I always tell people to do lots of research, know the company, be certain of it. I worked hard to find a legit company because I know a guy whose ID was stolen, and I know what it did to him and his family, so I wanted to know the company I was getting involved with. I am very glad I did the research, and very happy with the company that I am working with. I hope you see the wisdom in good research, if you need a little assistance drop me an email. Guard5c

What you're gonna lose is the opportunity to give an honest company a try. best advice I can give you before you invest do your homework. All companies have some kind of complaints cant make everyone happy, but you can use personal judgment when looking at complaints. For example, do you really think that there is not investment in start up. How would they really make their money?
